Shipping Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once it has been placed.

Shipping within the United States

Processing orders can approximately take 5 - 7 BUSINESS DAYS and shipping can approximately take 2 - 3 BUSINESS days depending on your location. The estimated delivery dates are NOT guaranteed.

The shipping options at checkout affects the transit time after your order has been processed and shipped.

Sneaker Art 2.0 will not ship to any address other than the billing address associated with your card's account. We ONLY ship merchandise to billing addresses.

International Shipping

International shipping may extended the transit time due to the pandemic. We are not responsible for delays once the item has been shipped to you.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Sneaker Art 2.0 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we are willing to assist you with the carrier used to ship the merchandise, but once the order has been delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen.

Please be sure to provide detailed shipping information when placing your order. Sneaker Art 2.0 is not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping addresses completed by the customer upon checkout.

Refund & Return Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once it has been placed.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not accepted. However, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the date that you received your order, but the customer is responsible for shipping and returning the item. All returned items must be in their original condition. Once the item is received and processed, we will send the a store credit code via email that can be used towards their next purchase.

The store credit will go towards the product value, but it will not cover shipping costs.

Return Policy

If the customer sends the order back after 7 days from delivery, Sneaker Art 2.0 has the right to not accept the return.
